QuestionSir, my name is shakeel ahmad and I am from Pakistan. My mother is having high creatinine and high urea problem for the last 3 months. She is already being treated by a nephrologist but I want to ask, what specific type of diet can we give her to reduce her creatinine level? Her creatinine level is currently hovering around 3.08mg/dl and her urea is 112mg/dl.
I will appreciate your response.
AnswerHigh creatinine and high urea are common features of diets high in cooked animal food. I would strongly suggest you go in for a raw animal and raw vegetable diet in order to counter these issues as the less processed her diet is, the more likely it is that her kidneys will recover. Here's 2 threads to get you started:-
