AnswerDear Parsa ,
You must surely know I answer questions from a holistic point of view, my profile states this clearly. Therefore it is very difficult for me to answer your question: your needs are extremely unrealistic and totally unfair on yourself. I hope so much you will come to see this and find another way to solving your great distress. Not only is it entirely impossible to gain 10 kg in one month when you are underweight, but perhaps, it is time for you to see that gaining weight is not the end all and be all to your problems. It is a fragmented solution which deals with just one tiny piece of the puzzle that you are.
Your weight gain issue is, of course, very important to you, I can respect that. For some reason, you have made your weight a very urgent problem, but you must try to put it into larger perspective. There is actually something much more important right now. Your weight issue is just the pointer. You have to figure out what the reason is that you want to gain weight, and face that issue first. It probably is a very deep issue which caused you to be the size you are now. Once that issue is resolved, the element of weight, the earthiness of your existence can begin to fill you out - or help you accept your fate.
All our body-issues are but manifestations of deeper soul issues. They reveal our karma to us. They help us learn deep life lessons. They help us. They help us become more whole, more genuine. Dealing with these issues brings us closer to our true selves. Everything unreal and fake will perish for all eternity. Only your true self will survive. It is this self that must bring you happiness. However much it fails to meet the expectations of your mind.
It can be helpful to realise that your mind is seldom of your own making. People, society, tradition, all these things that do not know you as a spirit-being tell you what you need to be. When you meet people with handicaps, be it amputees, children with learning disabilities, or people struck by illness, or born physically impaired, you learn pretty quick that it is inner strength, hope, joy, trust in a higher world, the higher purpose and the higher protection that makes the human species beautiful. The rest will all decay, usually after it has fallen into great decadence. There is a certain degree of discipline, commitment, dedication and devotion involved in this understanding.
I can give you some facts if it makes you more resolved to understanding this.
On a factual level, significant weight gain takes a long time. To gain fat, it is a matter of sinking into a comfort zone, where your body is given more than it needs to survive. Much of the weight in a man is also muscle: this is worked up, but not in all races to the same extent. The Asian race, for example will always remain more slender and tenuous. Slavic peoples are generally less sturdy than Germanic people: it's one of those genetic things. Such builds say absolutely nothing about inner power and achievement. Bones can also be of different weight. In age we lose a lot of bone mass, if this is low during the prime of your life (rare) you need to consult a specialist. Weight does not indicate health or intelligence, sensitivity or potential. In our superficial world weight carries too much weight! Figure out where you lack "weight". First, is it muscle or fat (or possibly organs/bones). Next, have you given your inner life enough weight? A combination of these clues can better indicate what type of diet will build you up best over the course of quite some time.
Each body has a different "turn over" (metabolism). This metabolism is influenced by many things: genetics, nutrition, climate, state of mind, state of health, When you fail to gain sufficient weight from childhood onwards you must ask yourself whether you have a medical disorder. Growth impairments exist, and the thyroid (and hormone issues) can be involved. Otherwise there could be a metabolic or digestive disorder. One must consult a doctor to rule these problems out. If you suddenly start to lose weight after 21, you must consider a disease causing this to happen unless you are put under severe mental stress. Also the latter needs medical attention.
If you have been under weight all your life, there is generally very little chance of a change taking place before you move into a more mature phase of your life (generally around 40). To interfere with your natural state (by means of pills or other artificial means) would be considered damaging from a spiritual point of view. In most cases, anyway, there are always side-effects physically, making your plight many times worse in the long run. Once you have suffered ill-health you will realise a weight problem is not so bad in comparison. Please don't let it get to that stage!
Furthermore, losing weight is still easier than gaining it by means of pharmaceutical products. Gaining weight by over-eating, or eating fatty or sugary products will most assuredly lead to very serious health problems in a fairly short period of time. Generally, your body will reject these "fattening-up" foods and this will tax your system all the more, probably leading to increased weight loss.
If you are 25 years old, you are no longer a boy. You are a man, physically speaking. You might like a physique to typically match this, and unfortunately modern trends are likely to make you feel imperfect. Your weight and height suggest you are extremely slender, but also this can be borne like a man. You give me nothing to go on by way of your current diet. It could be that you are simply skipping meals, or eating tiny portions, or eating very low-quality foods. Then much would be explained, and much could be corrected, resulting even, perhaps, in a more average figure by the time you reach 30. I cannot stress enough: changing shape takes a LONG time. People who need to lose weight know this. For people who want to gain weight it is no different.
Eating robust meals, fresh, vibrant, full of life force is a slow and steady way forward. The robustness lies in wholesomeness, and the warming and generating properties. Processed and packaged foods, fast food and quick snacks do not contain any of this. But sleep, exercise and a general zest for life matter as much. You have to cultivate a receptive body for all that nutrition. You have to nourish yourself spiritually, soulfully, as well. If you rush or stress you burn yourself out, which also emaciates one: you get a nervous disposition, a hyper-active metabolism and unwelcome weight loss.
I realise I have given you no short-term, immediate quick-fix solution. I cannot apologise for this, because I believe you will benefit most from working through your problem methodically, addressing all the tiny aspects with equal concern. The ultimate outcome, a figure on the scales really should not be the aim. I want to wish you much insight and extend you my moral support in your attempt to resolve your urgent problem. Please stay healthy, patient, and trust in your inner strength.
Many blessings to you,
Evelyn.
