I'm a 27 years old patient with one kidney since i was born. A couple of days i started to feel some pain in my lower back side, so i went %26 did some blood tests to check kidney functions.
The results came out with high creatinine %26 uric acid, so i decided to go %26 see a doctor but because i live in Qatar, there is only 1 nephrologist %26 he has a very busy schedule %26 i wont be able to see until October. However, the pain keep getting worse %26 worse.
Please, I'm seeking your help in guiding me to a special diet to follow until i see the doctor, keeping in mind that i have to avoid intake of vitamin k because i had a DVT in my left leg %26 i take warfrine for that.

As to the high levels of uric acid, you might want to avoid these purine-rich foods:
anchovies
bacon
goose
grouse
haddock
herring
kidneys
liver
mussels
mutton
salmon
sardines
scallops
smelt
trout
turkey
veal
yeast
One more important thing about your condition is maintaining a normal body weight. Being overweight can worsen the situation.
