I want to ask you what is raw food all about? Will a raw foods diet really lead to better overall health and weight loss? how would you debate this?

Generally speaking, cooked foods contain heat-created toxins which are stored in the fat-cells of humans thus ensuring greater weight-gain, along with a lot of damage to skin and body organs etc., over time. Only exception is raw dairy which is an unhealthy non-palaeo food, anyway.
