QuestionI am suffering from poor digestion/absorption and chronic fatigue associated with it. I am transitioning to raw meats, and trying to get my hands on fresh raw organs. I am intollerant to dairy and eggs though. I have 'leaky gut' really bad, and not sure what foods I need to eat to heal that. I am super low or nonexistant on a lot of the beneficial bacteria. I ferment vegetables and coconut juice and meat.
I am not sure if I should continue to try dairy? I was going to try sheeps butter. I don't do well with cow or goat for that matter.
Any advice or help you could offer I would so much appreciate.
AnswerRaw dairy is THE no 1 health-problem for RVAFers. Avoid it like the plague! Many people find they encounter problems with raw dairy re allergies, and even those without allergies routinely experience other issues such as magnesium-deficiency and so on. Don't bother trying out raw dairy from other animals. Many RVAFers have tried this option only for them to find out that they simply got fewer symptoms from such raw dairy, not none at all.
Some RVAFers have issues with raw eggs. I would suggest trying out raw eggs from other birds than chickens(eg:- ducks/geese/quail) to see if you have no problems with those. Avoid raw chicken eggs for now at least.
In the meantime, I should mention that RVAFers generally report that they get healthier faster if they eat some raw organ-meats in their diet. Raw organ-meats include raw liver, raw kidney, raw tongue, raw suet, raw brains, raw sweetbreads, raw adrenals, raw thyroid etc.
One of the key ways to get healthy is to try raw "high-meat". That should deal with the chronic fatigue(it did solve my own chronic fatigue symptoms). This is usually not recommended for RVAF diet newbies until they've gotten used to RVAF diets for a full year, but if you want to speed things up:-

Also, avoid the raw coconut juice as so many RVAFers report having allergies/food-intolerance towards it.
