I have just started an only water fast that I plan to maintain for 10 days if I can. Do you have any tips/suggestions on how to do it, and break it, appropriately? I read the answer to the 3 days or less fast and was wondering if you could explain the changes that go through our bodies with a longer fast. I am planning to drink nothing but water starting from today and have a home enema kit I could use, but I磛e never used one before so it磗 a bit scary...
