AnswerDear Zakir,
If you hope to reach your goal making minimal chages, just cut off the bread and sugar part of your daily menus (read why http://bantadiet.com/banta/FAQ.html) and, if you become hungry, add cream to your green tea; read why:

If you wish to follow more complete diet plan, go to http://bantadiet.com/plans.html and try this free day-by-day program for a week. It is important to increase our physical activity at least three-fold in distance and gradually increase the pace. Working at your computer, stand up every 30 minutes and walk around for a few minutes, park your car at the longest distance from your destination as possible, don't use rolling chairs, stand up every time instead and make a few steps, don't sit down to watch TV, stand instead or work out on a stepper, stretch, etc. It adds up through the day.
