QuestionHI! ok i finally found a great location that sells grass fed meats!! i am super excited, as for about 3 weeks i have been on Wilde caught cod fish and lettuce. ..okay, so i have purchased the grass fed meats and my question is should i take the meat out of the deli's wrapping... and put the meat in saran wrap wrapping while its in the fridge.??? I also heard that it is better to keep the meat loosly wrapped while in fridge.... which is the best way???? or am i making mountains out of molehills??
Also for the short period of time i am on this raw diet i have noticed changes. my eyes are balanced in the center, i used to have sanpaku eyes (my eyes floated up and the sclera (white parts of the eye) would show a lot at the bottom base of my eyes. But now there great everyone notices my eyes are not "floating" up now! and besides that my eyes are brighter, almost glowing golden brown. what are other benefits one can except from such a diet?? thankyou!
AnswerI don't think it matters how one stores raw meat in the fridge. I suppose if it were sealed against the air, then it would be a good idea to eat it within a week rather than leaving it unaerated for too long, but if it isn't fully sealed against the air, it doesn't matter what one wraps it in.
As for what one can expect from a rawpalaeodiet, well, obviously, one gets better health in general and recovery from (most) serious illnesses. The other main benefit is that one ages at a slower rate than others. There are heat-created toxins in cooked foods which, over time, cause inflammation and increased aging in the body as they build up. Look up "advanced glycation end products" for more info:-
