Questionplease enlighten me about good diet for obese people. What are the do's and don't and is there a special diet plan for obese like me. I am 49 years old, 5'1 in height and with a weight of 79 kilos
AnswerRaw food diets(raw animal foods and raw plant foods)are the best diets for losing weight. Cooked/processed foods cause unnatural cravings to eat more as they contain addictive opioids which affect the brain.

There is no real diet-plan as most Rawists find that they all need different combinations. Some find they do better with raw seafood than raw meat from land-animals, others find they do better with no plant foods in their diet etc. etc. My own experience shows that I do better with raw wild game and a little raw plant foods.Just experiment on your own to see what works for you. The less cooked/processed foods you have in your diet, the less likely you will remain obese.
