HiI love to eat fruit....

Hi

I love to eat fruit. My body doesn't really react well to bread, rice and stuff like that.

I get fat from it too.

Usually i only eat fruit, but sometimes i just eat other things too. i kind of lose my mind and just eat... Do you have any tips for me to stay in control of my body and weight?

Hi Anne,

Fruit and vegetables are healthy for you.  You didn't specify what kind of fruit you eat, but I recommend you focus of more of the fibrous fruits, e.g., varieties of apples, pears, cucumbers, and berries.  Eat starches fruits less often.  It sounds like you may not be consuming a balanced diet.  Be sure you eat protein with your meals.  Some suggestions are adding veggie (vegetarian) sausages with breakfast (one possible brand name is "Morning Star" - but there are many to choose from), add lean protein with lunch and dinner, e.g., legumes/beans, fish, chicken, turkey, lean beef, or vegetarian meals as well.  

If you are consuming a balanced diet with a moderate portion size you will be more able to control your weight; it will also increase your satiety level with your meals.

I can't put enough emphasis on exercise.  Engage in any activity you enjoy, and work out those large muscle to burn the most calories.  

Consuming a low-fat, balanced diet + exercise will promote a healthy weight.
