First I would tribute you for your volunteer service for the mankind.
I do Aerobic exercises for improvement of my health early in the morning.
I am male, age 43, weight 52kg. Can I take a butter slice with one cup of plain milk before exercise or after? And I take one glass of Orange juice with Calcium 1000 mg; how is it? I know I can not take these at a time but I can plan.
So, kindly help me plan this diet & let me know how to make 揚ower Pack?for the better results.

I believe in moderation in all aspects. I think one of the best snacks before exercise is a banana. It has fiber, simple sugars for energy, and is very low in fat.
Your butter and milk drink has a great deal of fat, which may make it more difficult to lose weight overall. Your orange juice with calcium sounds fine, but I would stick with water and a banana before exercise.
