Question
I am 5.2 weighing 124 lbs.  I look much thicker than I did 6 months ago even though I weigh about the same. How can undo the "bulk" I'm getting from working out with weights.  I'm not working out with HEAVY weights.
I just want a longer, leaner look.  Help?

Hi Mylinda,

It sounds like you have gained muscle and lost fat at the same rate.  Keep doing what you are doing but eat ~2-300 less calories per day and that should speed up the fat loss.  Visit www.toolsforlife.cc for other guidelines and let me know any further questions.
