QuestionHi
I'm 25 yrs old and about 60 pounds overweight. I really want to lose the weight and have been trying on and off for years. However, I find it very difficult to see weight loss as a long term endevour, goals that are spread out over more than a month are hard for me to attain. I find myself giving up much earlier. Recently, i discovered the low carb lifestyle, similar to the Atkins diet. I know what critics say about this diet, but I found that I enjoyed the foods, even the veggies and i lost weight during the two weeks I was on it. I wanted to take a supplement like Trimspa or Lipovarin along with this low carb way of eating together with exercise to speed up my weightloss, just so I can acheive my goals sooner so I don't give up on this diet altogether. Everyone says Trimspa doesnt work, and that Anna Nicole Smith lures people into buying the product. I heard Dr. Phil recommended Lipovarin on his show as well. Can you tell me which one I should take. I feel like I'm stuck in a rut, once I lose this stubborn weight I know that I will never put it back on, I just have to lose it somehow! Please help me. Thanks you in advance.
AnswerLesley,
As you know losing weight is a long and dedicated process and giving your body the proper nutrients while dieting is the most important thing you can do....
As far as Trimspa or Lipovarin I have never had any feedback on them so I can't answer if they are good for you or not. What I can tell you is according to studies with most nutritional products you take, only 20% of that pill are being absorbed by your body. So in my opinion your wasting your money if that's all your getting....
My suggestion is to look at the Infinity2 products where they guarantee 100% absorbtion into the body, they are a little more expensive then the other health supplements out there but your wasting 80% of your money anyway, so why not go with the best??
Go to www.yourfuturehealth.infinity2.com and read up on these products because if your going to diet you don't want any long term problems.
Thank you for your question Lesley
