QuestionHello Terry:
I'm a very fitness/health oriented middle aged male who has just learned of the benefits of Branched Chain Amino Acids. I've been a vegetarian for several years now (including no dairy), have done several colon, liver, and kidney cleanses and thus have a very clean-out system. In recently trying Whey-Protein packets to gain BCAA supplementation benefits after my multiple weekly weight workouts, I seem to be having a very pronounced averse reaction to either the whey (dairy) or the fructose that Solgar uses in their "Whey-to-Go' product, and would like to solicit your guidance/ recommendations for reasonably priced BCAA supplementation products not Whey based (and preferably non-hyrolyzed)... if there is such a critter. Hope you can help as I really do feel that reasonable, post-weight- workout BCAA supplementation could be a relevant thing for me. Thank you.

AnswerHi Mark,
Usually people who have problems with dairy are ok with whey but if you have a problem with it you should be able to by just a BCAA amino acid formula in capsule form at a nutrition store. Visit www.toolsforlife.cc for other guidelines and let me know any further questions and if you can't find just BCAA's.
