My Question is: What is the difference between Wheat grains and Oats or Oatmeal, I want to Know about their Nutrtion Facts and which is the better for healthy living; I am 43, male and underweight:54kg, H 5' 7", but have constipation some times with blood when I take heavy food; want to use it in daily morning with slight excersie?

Thank you for your nutrition question. Wheat grains are grains which are used to make whole wheat flour that is later made into bread. Oats or oatmeal also belong to the grains group and also come from a plant.
Both wheat grains and oatmeal are helpful in lowering your cholesterol levels and keeping your digestive tract healthy. They can be of great benefit for constipatoin. Oatmeal and wheat grains can both be boiled and eaten as a cereal. Hope this helps.
