I'm 22. Male.
5'9" height
120 lbs.
See, how much underweight it is.
Mark!, now i decided to gain weight atleast 35 lbs more. AS soon as possible(may be in month or two)
I'm going to join gym in this month, but i know that proper diet is neccessary to gain both body weight and muscle mass. Without necessary proper diet going to gym is needless.
So, please suggest me some plan i can use to get benefits. I know you will definetly help me. so that i give my advance thanks to you.
