QuestionI am a 24 year old female who weighs 300 lbs. I have been on many, many diets over the years to no avail. I am a college student and I live on campus, so I can not cook. I have wasted hundreds of dollars buying expensive foods. I do not have the money to buy expensive diet foods. Also, I can not follow a rigid plan, I can not give up my favorite foods no matter how hard I try. I have access to a gym and can walk on the tredmill and do weights everday. Can I be more liberal with my eating if i exercise? How much can I eat and how long must I exercise? I really want to lose weight now.
Thanks
AnswerHi Errolynn,
It's going to come down to calories in vs. calories out so the more you burn the more you can eat. Visit www.toolsforlife.cc to determine your caloric requirements and subtract 500 calories per day to lose fat. Also, aim for burning 500 calories with each exercise session and you should be fine. Let me know any other questions.
