I was wondering if there was anything I could drink that would help with weight loss. I always have a decaf coffee or diet peopsi in my hand and was wondering if there was anything I could be drinking that would help me lose weight?

Thank you for your nutrition question. Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day can help with weight loss since it makes you feel more full.
