Well, I'm young and quite healthy with the diet I'm currently on, so it's not worth the scarce money right NOW. I'd just like to lose a tiny bit of weight and see the muscles I've been working on for a while now.

Try to choose nuts that are relatively high in unsaturated fats (walnuts), not relatively high in saturated fats (macadamia nuts). Avoid nuts that are overly salted or have been roasted using oil.
The best nuts are walnuts, almonds, peanuts and cashews. Nuts tend to be high in calories, so watch how many you eat.
