Hi how are you i was wondering when you lose weigth what is the first thing you notice

Hi Aylesha

The first thing I noticed when I started losing weight was that I felt better about myself and had more self confidence.  I also noticed that I had a lot more energy and did not feel so tired all of the time.  As the weight came off I noticed that I was able to exercise more and make better food choices.
