Questionhi
I m a 17 year old girl.I weigh around 54.5 kgs and my height is 5'4' . Actually i want to get rid of the extra fat around the abdomen. The measure of the abdominal area is around 30 inchs(or a little more).I want to reduce it.I have also read it some where that exercise for a particular body part can affect other parts and thats why a full body exercise is recommended. Please tell me if its true. And also above all please tell me some nice and effective exercises along with a vegetarian diet plan.

P.S. i have not joined any gym and m not plannig for the same and also i dont have an exercising ball with me.
AnswerYour question(s) are a bit complex. Any regular exercise program will help you with your goal. I would suggest finding something that you enjoy doing so you can do it and stick with it regularly. You are correct in that a total body exercise plan is far better to help tone your body overall. Put another way, doing situps will not necessarily help you lose weight only in the stomach.
As far as diet plans, my suggestion is plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean protein, and modest amounts of complex carbohydrates. Recommending a more specific diet program is difficult: everybody has there likes and dislikes.
