QuestionHI! I碫E BEEN GOING TO THE GYM FOR 2 MONTHS NOW ,AND I碫E SEEN SOME CHANGES IN MY BODY ALREADY. I WEIGHT 62 KILOS, BEFORE I WAS 56. I WANNA GAIN MUSCULAR MASS , SO I碫E BEEN TRAINING VERY HARD , 6 DAYS A WEEK AND TAKING SINCE 2 WEEKS AGO, MEGA MASS 2000(BEFORE AND AFTER THE WORK OUT). MY QUESTION IS: WHAT SHOULD I EAT SO IT CAN HELP MY MUSCLES TO GROW FAST AND BIG? , SHOULD I CONSIDER ON ELIMINATING FAT OF MY DIET? I WANNA BE BIGGER BUT NOT FAT! I WOULD LIKE MY MUSCLES TO MAKE MY BODY BIGGER. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
AnswerHello Eddie!
Thank you for your nutrition question. The keys to building muscle mass are eating the right foods such as complex carbohydrates and working those muscles.
Eating the right foods will help you to fuel your muscles when you are training. Carbohydrates are your muscles most preferred energy source. I would recommend that you increase your intake of foods such as oatmeal, "whole" grain cereals, "whole wheat" breads, bagels, brown rice, barley, fruits and vegetables. These types of foods will give you the energy you need to have a good workout which will help to build muscle mass. I would not cut out fat completely from your diet because our bodies do need some fat for certain funtions. Hope this helps.
