To maxamize the benefits of online weight loss plans people need to stay self-motivated and committed to their goals. They need to be true to themselves and to the online program they are attempting. It can be very convenient for people to participate in online plans. It can give them a sense of continous contact as well as privacy. However, it can also be difficult to be truly accountable if you are not being true to yourself. Stepping on a scale in front of someone is much different than just telling someone online how much you weigh. I definitely feel the pros outweight the cons of online dieting. It can be a great way for people to successfully begin making positive lifestyle changes that otherwise they would not have time for. It can also be much more reasonable price-wise.
