sir please answer on foll;
1.what are the ingredients of black tea.green tea and coffee,and what are the harmful and useful effects by taking these.
2.what should i eat for my dry skin.
3.i have started taking more water like 10 glasses a day,since i quit smoking last month,is too much water harmful,specially for weight gain.
4.what food items are good for sex.

1. teas and coffee often contain caffeine, and natural flavorings. Caffeine is a stimulant and may cause insomnia, palpitations (feeling of your heart beating, or beating too fast) and other increased activity of bodily functions if used in excess.
2. Dry skin is most commonly caused by dehyration, so by drinking more water this may help. Some people swear that Vitamin E can help, but this may not work for everyone. Lotions are always good for this (obviously not to eat the lotion!)
3. water can make you gain weight, but this is just from the extra fluid, not from actual calories. If you are gaining weight from the water it was probably because you were dehydrated in the first place. You can have water toxicity (drinking too much water can cause electrolyte imbalances), but this is rare and usually only seen in elderly who are told that need to drink lots of fluid, and actually go overboard with that advice by drinking gallons upon gallons of water a day.
4. Not sure about this one... try searching on the internet for "foods used as aphrodesiacs".
