QuestionI have been able to reduce abt 3-4 kgs by floor exercisesI am happy abt it,but peoplehave started to say that I am looking lean(esp.my neck) and at times even weak.I too think my frame seems to have reduced and the muscle tone is also a bit low.
I want to increase my protein in take so as to match my exercise regime.Pl.suggest the right food, high protein food.
thanks.
AnswerHello Aseem,
Before I get to your question, I want to note that fat and carbs are just as important as protein. Protein is a nutrient, meaning we need it to survive, same as fat and carbs.
What's your current nutrition like? You want to be eating every 3-3.5 hrs of a lean protein, starchy carb, and fibrous carb.
Some examples would be chicken breast, baked potato, brocolli
or
egg whites, oatmeal, and peppers.
This would be optimal.
As far as some lean protein sources, just about any seafood is a good choice, along with white meat such as chicken breast, turkey breast, or egg whites.
If you have further questions just ask.
