Special Diet Maze

Question
Hello,
I am wondering if you can point me to a resource, if it exists.

My father has recently learned that he must go on a diet that is free of:

Purine
Oxalate
Dairy
Lactose
Sodium (low)

My mom is a little overwhelmed with trying to figure out what he can eat or how to cook now.  Needless to say, my dad is trying not to be depressed, since most of the foods he is used to eating are on the "do not eat" list.

We have found plenty of pages on the net that list what he cannot eat, but things that are ok on the purine list are not ok on the oxalate list, so we have to sort it all out.  It would be extrememly helpful if there were something that gave us examples of a meal that would take all these things into account...or at least, a site that could combine all the lists of restricted foods into one master list.

Is there any resource that you know of that would make this maze a little easier to deal with?  Any help you can offer would be great.

Thank you,
Mary Lee
