AnswerAccording to what you sent , you are 9% body fat withy a BMI of 16%.
To get your body fat up and gain muscle you need 2600 calories a day
196 grams of protein
261 grams of carbs
87 grams fat
This will give you a weight gain of 1.5 pounds a week.
To give you an idea of how much protein that is, 1 cup of raosted chicken breast with out skin(140g)is 42 grams of protein.
To find out how much protein, fat and carbohydrates is in a food item you can download the USDA database at https://adiet4health.secure.powweb.com/sr13download.htm
For a more in depth analysis visit https://adiet4health.secure.powweb.com/intake_assessment.htm
Hope this helps !
