I just wanted to ask if you can give me a healthy diet that allows to eat most kind of food like carbohydrates and fat.

So say you eat a bowl of cereal with 1%milk and a serving of juice. Those calories on average would equal about 210 for the cereal and milk and say 75 for the juice. The total of 285. You still have have about 1200 for the rest of the day. Eat healthy, walk daily to stimulate more weight loss and keep track of every food you eat. The calories and portion size are on each label or can be found in a calorie book. You can lose about a pound a week with light activity eating this way for a normal build.
