I weigh 74 kgs. i have started for the past 2 weeks for going to the gym and work on my cardio and weight loss. my main problem is my diet. i want to be about 68 kgs. i tend teat a lot of unk food. i have stopped that. Great question. First I want to ask, are you currently doing any form of resistance training (weights)? Reason I ask, because if fat loss is the goal it's a crucial part since fat is burned in muscle tissue. The more muscle you have the more fat you burn.
