what kind of food help the brain work better.
or which food help the brain ,have extra energy and get stronger.how ever I know that brain is like a muscle ,as much as we use it,it will be stronger.

For this reason, it's very important to eat a balanced diet with LOTS of different foods. Whole grains, nuts/legumes, vegetables, protein sources from poultry and fish like tuna and salmon and plenty of fruit.
Any claims that are made to make the brain 'stronger' or more energetic are false. Nothing will do this. For it to function in top form, getting plenty of sleep (7 to 8 hours a night), eating right and staying challenged is all it takes.
