hi. im 15 years old,not fat at all but have some chest fat. i have been doing a lot of jump ropes and stair climbing for more than 3 weeks and have been sweating a lot .i also cut down my calories. i lost fat on my upper chest but NON on my lower chest or around the "tits". its really making me mad.what should i do about it.do i need more time to lose the fat on there. any advice plz!

Hello Mike!
   Thank you for your nutrition question.  Since you are young you should have no problem lowing the fat in the area you want.  However, try to remember that the region of the body which first experiences a noticeable decrease in body fat will vary from person to person because it is genetically predetermined. Men may loose fat from their arms and legs before losing fat from their back and abdominal areas. It is important that you continue and be patient with your exercise and nutrition program in order to get to those hard or stubborn areas. Eventually, you will experience fat loss in those stubborn body areas.
