QuestionHi
I'm a male 27 years old. I have a question regarding chest fat. I'm comparatively thin and don't have excess fat in any part of the body , except my chest. It looks bad. I've tried using dumb-bells to work that area of the chest but no use. If i use a fat burner i'll lose the body fat taht i have and i'll look very skiny. So how can i get rid of that fat. It's look bad..like female chest. Please help me with your advice.
sincerely,
john
AnswerHi John,
I understand that this problem is very serious for you and I wish I could offer a solution that would really work; however, except for surgery, nothing will really change this very much, as you may already know. Exercise will strengthen the muscles underneath, but unless you become a professional-level body builder, it's not going to change what you were born to have.
If you look at your father, uncles, grandfather - you are likely to see that all of the men are built this way. There are many more too!
You have the option of staying as fit as possible and just wearing clothes to hide it, or finding undergarment supports to hold it in (be careful, if too tight these things can cause more harm than good and damage your health) or you can have surgery to correct it.
I strongly suggest that you accent your good qualities instead. Many women actually LIKE men who are more cuddly than 'sharp edged'
As for those fat burners, never, ever waste a penny on them! NONE of them actually work, no matter what they say. If these things actually did exist, then no one would be fat anymore, right? Instead, there's more fat people than ever before in history! These things are just making other people rich. They aren't making anyone thin.
So John, please, remember that just because you see this area as a problem, only means you're focusing on it. I will bet that no one else who really cares about you, even notices it! Instead, they are noticing your beautiful eyes, kind smile, gentle hands, good heart and uplifting spirit. THAT is what they'll be talking about when you're not in the room. As long as you demonstrate it.
Many blessings,
