What is the best time of the day to take once supplements (vitamins etc.); after breakfast (entire day for absorption); after lunch (along with the biggest neal of the day) or after dinner (so the body can make use of them in its regeneration phase)?

Answer
There is really no "best time of day" to take a one-a-day supplement.  What is important is to take them with food for best absorption, this can be breakfast, lunch or dinner.  If you take a calcium supplement, take it at a different time than your one-a-day because iron can inhibit the absorption of calcium.
