i am a female age 20 living in india
i am doing my engineering i have more of mental stress than physical strain which has led to a headache medically i checked my eyes  no problem sinus no problem migrane no problem cluster headache no problem
so the only problem is diet i live alone hence eat anything any time most of the times from outside
can u please suggest me a diet if possible with easy recipies so that i can cook and eat regularly
i would also like to mention that i get up around 10 o clock in morning and sleep ay around 12.00 mid night

  Here is a healthy recipe that is very easy to prepare. It is a Fruit smoothie that is very refreshing and quick to make. Hoe you enjoy it.

Fruit Smoothie (makes one serving)
----------------------------------
1 frozen banana (best if cut into 1-inch chuncks, then frozen)
1/2 - 1 cup hulled strawberries (don't need to cut them up)
1/4 - 1/2 cup orange juice, or water


Add all of the ingredients in a blender. I start with 1/4 cup of liquid and add more depending on how thick I want the smoothie.

Blend in spurts until smooth.

Variations:
* Use peaches, blueberries, apple slices, or more bananas in place of strawberries (or combine them!) May need to vary the liquid depending on the juciness of the fruit.

* Use fresh bananas and 1-2 ice cubes
