Is it true that consuming dairy products on a daily basis will result in overall well-being and weight loss?
Is whole milk better than low-fat or fat-free milk or vice versa?
Could you recommend some good brands that might be easily available? I drink flavored milk.

Dear Jascha,

   It is nice to hear from you.  The research is still unclear whether dairy can aid with weight loss.  In fact, an advocacy group that has repeatedly tangled with the dairy industry is filing lawsuits alleging false advertising for claiming that milk helps in weight loss.
   Low fat milk would be a better choice over whole milk because it is lower in calories and saturated fat.  I would recommend Horizon Milk because it is organic and free of hormones.   Hope this helps.
