QuestionDear Sir
1. Whats the best way to have eggs? Boiled or as omelette? Or any other way u might recommend?
2. Is corn flakes with milk not-that-good breakfast? Someone said to me
that corn flakes + milk is a highly inadequate breakfast. Is this true?
I'd love to have corn flakes with milk, and then some fruits separately like
banana etc. and also an egg. Will all this not serve as a nice breakfast? Let me
also say that I'm beginning to exercise with aerobics on one day and strength
training the other.
Thanks for ur time
Regards
Elijah
AnswerElijah,
Eggs are best when we don't add unhealthy ingredients to them. Avoiding too much butter, cheese or sauces is best. So, boiled or fried with a non-stick spray would be the healthiest.
Corn flakes with (skim) milk, fruit and an egg is a pretty good breakfast. If you are watching your cholesterol level, you may want to watch how much cholesterol you eat on a daily basis since eggs are high in cholesterol. Otherwise, the above breakfast has a good variety of carbohydrates, protein and fat. Sounds pretty good to me.
Best wishes.
