Im 32 and my weight is 57kg which is about 125pounds.my height is 5feet 2 inch. I have been trying my best to lose weight but in vain .Im doing a job which is administrative and there is no activity .I sit before the computer and take tea or coffee all day .what should i do
AnswerYou aren't really very overweight and depending on your muscle tone/mass, you might be "just right" for your height.
If we don't have weight to lose, it's difficult to lose what we do have as it goes against nature (real, biological nature).
Check my site for an outline of proper food intake for a day, mostly this explains what you need to be certain to eat and then, go ahead and enjoy the things you know aren't that important to your body (like fats, sugars and starches).
All you need to do for exercise is a little extra during every day. If you park your car at work, park it as far away from the building as you can get (no matter what the weather, no excuses!) and do the same when you go shopping.
Take stairs in lieu of the elevator, or at least for a couple of floors. Some people do this on the way DOWN (leaving for the day) so they don't perspire and then have to sit in an office.
When you get home, make it a point to walk around your building or house at least once before you go in (no matter how big it is!).
Put some headphones or the stereo on with some favorite dance music, you know, the kind of music you can't resist and start dancing! Just for 15 or 20 minutes.
If you do these things every day, AND be a bit more aware of what you eat (NO DIETS!!!!) you'll see a difference in less than a month! Your clothes will fit better and you'll notice you even GLOW from inside. I can just about guarentee it.
