Question

my weight has remained constant, about 5"6 and having been weighing around 56kg for the past 9 years.I also for the same period been experiencing some discomfort in my throat though not painful and neither does it stop me from swallowing but a sligth irritation has constantly been felt.physicaly I'm a little frail and hair on my head and body doesnt seem to be developing as it should because it looks quite dferent from normal hair. I realy will be greatfull to know if what is hapening to me is a sign of some serious illness or its some disorder.I seriously would love to add at least 15kg to 25kg more.

Answer
Hi Andrew,

The throat thing sounds like maybe dehydration - not enough water. Tea, coffee, sodas contain diuretics that takes water out, but some people just think they are getting enough water.

Water, exercise (find something that is PLAY) and fresh produce, fruits raw only, vegetables raw or slightly steamed or stir fried, whole grains, meat is optional. Get any pre-cooked, canned, frozen, phoney food out.

Think realistic, possitive thoughts. What you visualize is more powerful than your genes.
