QuestionEven though it really doesn't seem to be helping yet, I do believe that the proper nutrition can cure me. But getting there has been such an extremely hard road and I really am at my wit's end with it. Currently I believe strongly in Nourishing Traditions (from the Weston A. Price Foundation) which is whole natural organic (pref.) foods and also low carb. But I am still tired all the time and do not have the energy to devote all the time I need to in order to eat this way. Any help and advice you could give would be greatly appreciated. I'm 35, single mom, in USA. Have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Depression, Osteoarthritis, Scoliosis, Bone Spurs on my spine, and it seems, a really really bad problem with my digestion (especially with carbs). I'm sure there's food allergies involved but don't know what. And I'm sure my thyroid isn't working, even though the tests say it's fine, so my doc won't give me any natural thyroid meds. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

AnswerHello Kristine,
This really is not my area of expertise! What I suggest doing is finding a dietitian that DOES have experience with your particular problems. You can find dietitians in your area at www.eatright.org.
You can also check out this web site: www.nowleap.com. This company does some very innovative testing for food intolerances. The web site only mentions headaches and irritable bowel but I believe they are working with other disorders also. The dietitian that is involved and could probably help you out more is:
