Dear Susan,
I am 23 years old  girl & having height of 5.3'' and doing job. My working timing is 9 a.m  to 5 p.m and mostly in office i used to sit till my offtime. i live very far from my office it takes 1 hr drive to reached home. My problem is, i put on lots of weight and on the hand i have problem of constipation as well, i trying my best to lose my weight as now  a days my weight is 69Kilo and it seems so odd. i join gym as well and try to do execise atleat 35 to 40 minutes but as i came from my work so, its quite difficult to do but im trying my best to do. kindly, pls. advice me how can i control my weight and get ride of constipetion problem. Dear Nazi,

If you eat the 5 servings of raw fruit and 4 servings of raw or slightly cooked non-starchy vegetables a day, like you are supposed to, you would not be constipated nor overweight. Get rid of the refined flour and refined sugar. Lots of plain water. Get in a total of 30 minutes a day moving enough to breathe hard - total means a few minutes here and there is fine. Use the weight machines in the gym for once a week slow motion, non-stop resistance training.
