IM a25 year old female . I Just had a baby five months ago. I weigh 125 lbs , Im 5"4 tall. my goal weight is 115. MY question is what should my calorie intake be to keep lossing wight. I exercise everyday and have cut calories to about 1,500 everyday but i seem to be stuck here at 125. The chart Ive seen says thats a heathy weight, but i still have fat on my stomach and thighs. thanks for your help
