I needed to know how much Chicken(skin removed) and Egg Yolks can I take in Day? Below are all the stats about me:
1.Age:27
2.Wt:68Kg(154 lbs)
3.Exercise:
Aerobics:25 Min 3 days a week (Pulserate 120-140)
Wt Lifting: 4 Days A week Moderate(90 minutes)
4.Cholestrol: 200 (as on DEC 2005)

Since one egg yolk has about 30-50% of the daily recommended amount of dietary cholesterol, it is suggested that we not eat more than one egg a day. This includes egg found in other foods we eat (any prepared food that contains egg ?cake, casserole, etc.).
The recommendations also suggest about 2 servings of low-fat meat & beans a day (protein). One serving is 3 ounces. I would suggest you eat no more than one serving of chicken and then eat another serving of meat or beans. Fish is a particularly good food. It is recommended that we eat fish at least twice a week.
