Good morning,

For breakfast, I microwave a mixture of 1/4 c. uncooked oat bran, 1 T. flax seed, 1 T. dark molasses, 1 c. blueberries, 1 T. blanched slivered almonds (unsalted), then add 1/2 c. soy milk or 1% milk.

Would you suggest any changes or am I doing okay?

   Thank you for your nutrition question.  The breakfast you sent is excellent because it contains a variety of the food groups.  It also contains healthy fat from almonds, antioxidants from blueberries, omega 3-fatty acids from flaxseeds.  Keep up the great work!
