QuestionThere has been some talk and I have read some about vinegar diets. Do they work as stated? Is there a site that I can go to, to read more about the diet? Also do you know what does it involve. Is it drinking vinegar or apple cider vinegar or mixing it with a meal. Anything you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Respectfully,
Robert
AnswerRobert,
The vinegar diets are only another fad diet! There is NO food or food product that will magically burn fat! Most importantly there is no scientific data to indicate that products such as vinegar cause weight loss. You are better off not looking for the "QUICK FIX" and doing what is right, which is eating healthy, watching portion sizes, and exercising regularly! Weight loss is about lifestyle change and not about a fad diet. Weight loss is not temporary like most fad diets. It takes making changes for a lifetime. My suggestion is to find a dietitian in your area that can work with you one-on-one so that you can lose weight the safe, healthy and effective way. A few of these web sites may help you out!
