AnswerStop trying. By focusing on little else, you're preoccupying your mind and your life with issues to do with food. I've been there, I really understand!
Find a distraction that also fills the need of added activities. Formal exercise can be so boring! Check into 'Volunteer Match' (I've got a link on my page) and just DO it. Do something that you normally do NOT do. If you work behind a desk, do something that requires movement. Schools need help, environmental causes, animal care, hospitals, medical, political. You'll find something and will have a cause and inspiration that distracts you from focusing on food.
Then, start EATING. No skipping a meal and for heaven's sake, NO MORE DIETS. No products, no plans. No pills and no more nonsense.
All you need to buy is groceries. The right ones. You CAN have your chocolate or pizza, even ice cream and still be healthy.
Take a look at my site and how I did it. It's all free, no signing in, no products, no personalities, no lies.
