Question - Are there any fat burning supplements that you think i could take without having to worry about long term side effects? I want to take something to help in the process of getting a more ripped look to my physique. Or do you think i should just continue excercising regurally without the use of a supplement such as hydroxycut?

I am 19 years old and weigh about 140 lbs. I excercise on a regular basis. I try and try to get a ripped look to my figure, but i can't seem to get it. I am considering the use of hydroxycut to help me achieve my goal. Do you think that it is safe for me to use hydroxycut relative to my age and weight?
Answer -
Hi Pete,
NO!
Real food. Revise your resistance training to slow motion, non-stop for 30 minutes ONCE A WEEK. Muscles are formed on the down time. see http://www.premiumfuel.com
Why should I not use hydroxycut? Am i too young? not weigh enough? or some other reason?
Answer -
Long term effects are weight gain to death. No short cuts. Your body is meant to eat real food on planet Earth. Deal with it. Focus on the quality of food and the quantity takes care of itself. Eat empty food, like refined flour, refined sugar, stuff that has been cooked more than once is flavored packing material that keeps people hungry and eating.

AnswerI already answered this. You don't need, can not use supplements. Your diet and exercise needs updating.
