It sounds like you are about 10lbs overweight. Your ideal body weight is about 120lbs. I would suggest that you visit www.mypyramid.gov where you can create a healthy eating plan that is tailored to your calorie level. Just enter your age, gender, and activity level and it will give you a complete menu. I would also suggest getting more active by walking daily, swimming, or bikeriding. These help to burn belly fat along with toning exercises such as crunches. The following is an easy stomach toning exercise you can try at home.
Begin lying on exercise mat or carpeted area, with legs together, knees slightly bent (throughout entire exercise).
Lift legs to 90-degree angle.
Hold.
Gently let legs back down to start, but do NOT come in contact with floor.
