AMOUNT OF CHICKEN I EAT


Question
On the average I eat about 2lbs of skinless chicken breast every 2 weeks(one week,a non meat dish,+1 week a chicken dish, is this ok(my cholesterol is ok)

Yes, as long as you are sticking to the white meat and leaving off the skin, you are fine.  However, you are best to try to add a little more variety to your diet and increase your protein choices.  Try lean beef, lean pork, fish, beans, etc...  The more variety, the more nutritional value in your diet!
