oh and please dont tell me i am underweight i hear that too much, i just need your advice! ill rate you all 10's and volunteer of the month thanks!
AnswerYou ask for advice, but not the truth? The truth is that you ARE underweight. The solution to your dilemma isn't a 'diet', it's a matter of toning after both having a child AND C section. Much more simple than dieting.
Although if you aren't eating the right things and enough calories you WILL tend to bloat and perhaps starting gaining fat as a biological instinct to what the body perceives as starvation. There's nothing that will alter this instinct except re-setting it (by eliminating the perception of starvation)
As for the exercise, the IDEAL way to take care of overall toning is in water. No matter what you do, just be moving IN water (pool, lake, river, whatever).
I've also got this really FAST 'trick' (I guess) for flattening tummies. Use a regular sized child's play ball (those colorful 'kick balls' that are pretty cheap in stores) and while in the water, try to balance it UNDER you. Anywhere is fine, but try to keep it around the abdomen. At first you probably won't be able to move much and that ball will pop out a lot, but keep putting it back and just floating along. If you think you can 'swim' a bit, go ahead and try. You only need to keep this for about 15 minutes each time (once a day or every other day?). Almost immediately you'll notice a difference and as you get better at it and are able to actually move across the pool or any distance with the ball underneath, you'll probably have the flattest abs you've ever had!
This should also firm up the legs and arms by the way.
