QuestionAbout a year ago, I started a diet and exercise program and have lost 42 pounds. I am 18 years old, 5'5' and weigh 93 pounds. (Started at 135). I know that I am at an unhealthy weight and I would like to be at a normal weight. However, I have been living on little calories for so long that I fear that when I start to add calories that my body will go out of control. Have I totally screwed up my metabolism? How can I safely and smoothly fix this problem? I am totally lost and don't know where to begin!
AnswerHi Kylee,
Messed, but healable. Relax, eat Real Food as soon as you start to feel hungry. Fresh produce, whole grains, no refined sugar or flour, not much meat, and no going around hungry. Please see http://www.premiumfuel.com for more info.
